How to connect a laptop's keyboard, touchpad, and monitor to a PC

I am planning a modding with Rasphberry Pi or C.H.I.P and for that I would like to be able to transform them into a laptop.
I have a laptop with the video card broken. I would like to be able to connect the keyboard, touchpad and monitor to one of these two systems.
Do you know how I could do it?
