Help to OC i7 4770K

I inform you that at 4.6Ghz I have never reached by only changing the Core Multiplier, but by doing 4 strange things, increasing the usage from 100% to 110% and setting the power phase control to Optimized, I have reached 4.6 but anyway, what I come here for, I would like to have the maximum OC possible and stable for my i7 4770k, for rendering purposes, I have an H110 so it shouldn't be a problem if a good OC is done with Voltage and everything, here I leave some data:
My H110 works like this: (TEMP Room 28ºC) and outside (22ºC)
