Printers on terminal server

Hello, I have a "A" location with a Windows Server 2012 and then I have other locations "B" and "C".

From B and C they connect to "A" by terminal server and access a management program, this works well.

Now I have installed the printers locally in stores B and C and then I went to location "A" and I put the drivers of these printers.

The problem I have is that every time I connect from terminal server it assigns a different name to the printer, that is, something like "hp 1020 redirected session". I would like it to always assign the same name, since the management software we use accesses the printers by Windows index or by name and of course if every time they connect by terminal server it connects and disconnects the printer it doesn't work for me.
