Windows 10 problem!!

hello everyone, I come to tell you a problem that I have had for a while, with windows 8.1 it already happened to me, so now with windows 10 also, when I turn on the PC, at the time of putting the user password, the screen turns black and there it stays, the only way to be able to log in perfectly is by enabling the boot start and everything perfect, formatting is not the solution of course because I already tried it a lot jaja well from what I tried to investigate, supposedly it can be the drivers of the graphics, but of course it has the latest version, besides I tried all kinds of installations, clean, over the old drivers and nothing…

AMD FX 4300
Motherboard asrock 980
Ram 4+4 Gb kingston x-fury
Graphics gigabyte gtx 660 winforce (with a 650 I also had it)

If the hardware seems to be the problem with FAST BOOT… search for these words on google and you will probably find the solution: fast boot windows 8.1 black screen

It could be a problem with the drives or something misconfigured in the BIOS/UEFI… even something that needs to be fixed by patching Windows:
