Vmod GTX260

Hello everyone,
I've been trying to increase the voltage of a GTX260 (55nm with 192 cores).
I thought I had succeeded when with the OC Scanner I see 2 values that contradict each other:
As you can see in current it marks that it is at 1.060v (the stock voltage), while in the VDDC below (in green) it marks the voltage that I put in the modified bios. In Evga Precision it also marks 1.360v, but stability above 690Mhz does not improve
Let's see if someone can help me...
