New and 1st mod
-
Hello everyone, so I'm new to the forum and for needs I have to remove the PC from the floor.
And I've decided to do a PC modding and put it on the wall as a piece of furniture.I've already decided that it will be made of methacrylate/acrylic. But I'm wondering about the material for the back.
I've gone through the things I had in the storage room and I found a board made of an ecological fiber material that I don't know why I had and it fits perfectly.
The back will be made of the fiber material and I will paint it red with a spray gun since I have access to a paint booth. What do you think about this material should I make it from another material or continue with this one.
My new computer:
Motherboard MSI 990FXA Gaming
Amd FX 8350 Black Edition
Graphics Card MSI GTX 960 4gb
Ram G.SKILL 2x4GB DDR3 2400
RW-DVD LG
Multi-card reader B-MOVE
Hard drive WD Green 2 TB
Hard drive wd 1TB
Power supply URANOVX 650WAnd what I want to buy to assemble it:
Aerocool Panel X-Vision
Coolmaster 80mm transparent fans
12v LED desk light
Adhesive LED strip
Power button
Reset buttonAttached is a photo of my work and gaming area.

You can make the mod of the material you want... just make sure you have the tools and knowledge needed to work them correctly.
I also recommend that you buy cheap or second-hand PC cases from which to reuse parts such as the ATX bracket, the back and the 3.5 and 5.25 bays... in short, just make the chassis.
Another tip is to simplify... the simple is what works, it is cheaper and you are less likely to end up with a mess or leave the mod half-finished.
