PCIE PROBLEM - P8 Z68 V PRO/Gen3

Hello everyone. Well, I need some help. The PCIE 1 3.0@x16 on my motherboard is malfunctioning. Sometimes it works at x4 or simply doesn't work, like there's nothing connected in the PCIE 1 slot. I put the card in the PCIE 2@x8 and it works normally. I've tried everything, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong and if there's a solution?

I used the tool I found on HardForum, because the problem with PCIE1 started for the reason described there, Q: Turbo-multipliers are absent or not working. Q: System detects all the RAM, but can use only a half of it. Q: Integrated GPU is not working. Out of nowhere, the system presented these problems, and after I managed to get rid of them, the malfunction of PCIE1 appeared.

Now I'm left wondering if it's a malfunction of the CPU or the motherboard... :wall:
