Pc 500 euros gamer!

Hello everyone, here below you already have another post from me asking for your opinions… the thing is that a colleague has become jealous when he saw that I got a new PC and he wants one too, although with different conditions xD
He wants it for playing wow full mainly, although if it can run the games that are coming out moderately then all the better.
I had thought of something like this, I would like to cut the price even more, if you could give me a hand I would appreciate it very much, thank you very much again! ;D
