Mi 350 tambien esta a 490 (140 FSB) sin tocar el voltaje y lleva asi casi 2 años sin problemas con una DFI P2 XBL Rev C.:)

La placa base Asus P2B-F es UNA DE LAS MEJORES placas con chipset BX (aparte ya de lo bueno que es el própio chipset).
Yo la tuve con un P-III a 450, y creeme si te digo que con una memoria decente y un buen Disco duro los 140 Mhz de bus son factibles, sin tocar voltajes ni cachés. Eso si… claro también depende del micro.
Ojalá Asus fabricara placas hoy en dia como las de antes (que no es que las nuevas sean malas, son buenas y me gstan mucho) pero las de antes eran ESPECTACULARES.
