Problem with Win TV PVR-250

me acabo de comprar esta tarjeta para captura unas cosillas que tengo en VHS y me la he instalado y todo bien excepto a la hora de capturar. La tarjeta viene con el programa Ulead DVD movie factory y al arrancar, me dice que: "error al inicializar el controlador, otro programa lo está utilizando (haciendo ctrl + alt + supr lo he cerrado todo y tambien he hecho que no se cargara ningún archivo de inicio) o se ha quitado el archivo" (he vuelto a instalar los drivers de la capturadora y el programa dos veces y nada de nada. Que puede ser? antes tenia una tarjeta de television, una broktree (o algo así). Para evitar conflictos borré los drivers, así que dudo que aki este el problema. Alguien me puede echar una mano?
