SETI on mandrake

tengo el mandrake 9.0, pero aun no el Seti y eso me jode….
ya he probado instalar muchas versiones que se encuantran en la pagina de seti, pero aun no he conseguido que funcionen....
alguien q lo tengo instalado me puede ayudar???
tb quiero tener el grafico o por lo menos que sepa cuanto porcentaje llevo y cuantas unidades....

setiathome-3.03.i686-pc-linux-gnulibc1-static.tar me he bajado este del seti para linux
el tar lo habres con tar xvf nombredel archivo.tar
luego tienes que correrlo desde la consola
./setiathome -graphics
te preguntara si quieres darte de alta como usuario nuevo o como antiguo
y ya esta rulando ahora necesitas un frontend grafico el xsetihome

o el plugin para gnome del seti
http://seti-applet.sourceforge.net/
simepre que puedas bajate el rpm que es mas facil de instalar si eres novato
el xseti es un programa que puedes instalar en tu misma cuenta
si encuentras el xsetiathome dimelo pq es clavadito al de win
