Yo tengo 256mb pc2700 y no pasa de 175 cas 2, dependiendo del voltaje q le meto. A Cas 2'5 mas o menos 183Mhz, tambien depende de si le meto voltaje o no.

Yo tengo un modulo de 256 Nanya pc2100 y me llega a los 160 a cas 2,5 y con cas2 no pasa de 150 todo esto a 2,65 d voltage supongo k a lo mejor con un pelín más de voltage podria subirla un poco mas no lo sé, despues de los exams probaré. La marca del modulo es Elixir los modulos son Nanya.
