en esta web hay un monton de equivalentes de programas windows para linux si buscas y buscas y buscas llegara un punto donde pone reproductor flash y para hacer flash
osea el qeu dicen en esta web que es el equivalente, supongo que en modo cutre del macromedia flash son estos- DrawSWF.

la del ming es http://ming.sourceforge.net/ no se de que van, ni si son buenos ni he usado nunca, espero qeu te sirva
