Benq scanner that doesn't work

Instalo un escaner benq 3300, pongo el software y el ordenador lo reconoce.
A la hora de poner el programa del escanear (MiraScan) me sale un mensaje diciendo que está calentando el escaner, y a continuación me dice:
Fallo al leer datos de imagen
Reinicie el escánerCód: [ffff:0024]
Ayudaaaa, por favorrrrrrr, jejeje

hola, tengo el mismo escaner q tu y con el software que me venia, el MiraScan, me daba bastantes problemas: el escaner tardaba mucho en calentarse, no escaneaba bien… ahora uso el asistente que viene con windowsXP y ningun problema, mucho mejor que con el MiraScan
