Connect devices to a network with a router

Hola, os cuento..
Tengo la siguietne configuracion en casa.
Dos ordenadores:
PC1: Win98
PC2: WinXPEstos dos ordenadores estan conectados a un router 3com con 4 bocas
A su vez al router esta conectado un cable de red que va al cablemodem, asi de esta manera los dos ordenadores tienen internet, y salen con dos ip`s diferentes (
Si si, telecable de momento deja hacer esto jejeje )El caso es que no se como configurar la red para que el PC1 se vea con el PC2.
Ah, las IP`s de los dos son Dinamicas..Necesito una ayudita si es que se puede hacer
PD: El router no se como esta, es que no entiendo mucho de routers, solo se que actua como si fuese un hub
