Si el procesador está bloqueado (que lo está de fábrica hasta que lo desbloqueas) lo único que puedes hacer es subir el FSB (front side bus). Estará a 133, empieza a subir poco a poco, y a ver hasta dónde llega (controla la temperatura). Pues incrementar poco a poco el voltaje de la CPU, pero ojo, con cuidado.
De todas formas lo mejor que puedes hacer es desbloquear el Athlon, haz una búsqueda por aquí porque es un tema que ya se ha tratado más de una vez. O vete al google y pon "athlon xp unlock" y te saldrán unas cuantas guías de cómo hacerlo.
