Hay tres tipos de Duron:
Spitfire: 600-950 mhz: Durones basados en el Athlon Thunderbird, o sea, sin SSE, con Enhanced 3Dnow!
Morgan: 1000-1300 mhz: basados en el athlon XP Palomino, o sea, con SSE (Professional 3DNow!)
Applebred: 1400-1800 mhz. Son realmente thoroughbred capados, o sea, Athlon XP igual que el palomino, pero de 0,13 micras, por lo que llevan también SSE
