Memory problem?

Tengo un XP 1700+ y 2 módulos de 256 Mb Kingmax PC2100, ahora mismo el FSB está a 146 con el micro a 1.75 V y las memorias en 22 5 2.
Es totalmente estable.
En 147 ya me da problemas el cpuburn con el voltaje subido.
¿Es problema de las memorias?

Quizas es mas facil bajar los timings no? 146 con timings casi al maximo en una pc133… quizas sea el limite.

Viendo que era totalmente estable a 146 de FSB empecé a bajar los timings y sigue totalmente estable a 2 2 5 2
Eso es lo extraño

esa memoria te tiene que aguantar mas bus fijo, sube todos los timings al maximo, subele un poco el voltaje quita todas las tarjetas pci y empieza a subir por bus,y mira que lo que peta sea la memoria no el procesador, byez.

Bueno, a 151 de bus y la memoria en 2.5 3 6 3 es totalmente estable.
La tension está a 1.8 V
