HELP pc does not start due to changing frequency

Soy nuevo en el overclocking, y lo primero que he hecho para probar ha sido cambiar la frecuencia que habia de 133 a 166 y ahora cuando enciendo el pc, me da un pitido largo y no sale la bios ni nada.
Como vuelvo a dejarlo como estaba? no puedo entrar en la bios. -

prueba a kitarle la pila de la placa para k se reinicie. kitala unos 15 o 20 segundos eso si desenchufa la funte de alimentacion ok? ;D
