Help problem with D-link pci wifi card

ola, pues tengo p4 3.06Ghz, placa gigabyte ga-8i915p y el problema viene cuando le pincho en el unico slot pci libre que me queda una tajeta wifi (D-link DWL-G520+), el pc en principio funciona bien pero me hace algo extraño cuando le doy a apagar se reinicia y el problema es de la tarjeta wifi por que si no esta puesta funciona bien e probado en otro slot y lo mismo, tambien dejandola sola y sigue igual, alguna idea de lo que puede ser??? incompatibilidad con la placa??
