I would get an ASRock Pro3 P67 at pccomponentes.

an i5 2500 and 8gb of memory at 1600mhz, two normal hard drives and an ATi 6850/70
for 97 euros, new in a physical store I think it's not bad

P.D.: I come from working at 03:00 in the morning since 18:00 when I left home
the crisis is the crisis and I work as a waiter at weddings and other events on weekends
I do about 8 hours of work in a row and I can stay three more hours
but I have a messed up knee for life, from a work accident and I can't push it too much

pues rotura de tibia y perone a la altura de la rodilla y me destrozo todo el cartilago de la rodilla
y ahora no tengo nada entre el femur y el perone y en vez del cartilago te sale algo que lo reemplaza
pero no aguanta mucho, no puedes cargar peso ni correr ni pegar patadas etc..
pues se tocan los huesos entre si y se desgastan y duele claro

it scares me that you leave me :nono: i have the meniscus of my right knee crushed (not broken) that's why they don't want to operate me :mudo: (leaving aside that yesterday on tv they said that in some hospital in Bachelona since june they weren't operating knees or hips) this is the result of the SS cuts

I have had two surgeries on the same knee, the first for a meniscus tear and the second for an anterior cruciate ligament tear and they removed the inner meniscus. 10 years without doing sports with my legs, just some weight training, and two years ago I started running… I feel great, and this year if I don't get injured like last year... I'll try a half marathon I have a Forrest Gump complex ;D

You can do it if you want to, you only live once, if you have pain or discomfort you shouldn't push yourself, but in my case I strengthened my legs at the gym and started running and it has changed my life, it just makes me happy and I forget about all my problems when I run.

My doctor told me I could only do swimming, walking... and here I am doing about 40 km a week in 3 sessions.
