Hello, I have a 500GB Seagate hard drive (Certified Repaired) from an RMA that I processed a few months ago, and curiously, now the drive tells me it has 66 defective sectors. I ran the SeaTools tool and it gave me an error and an error code.
The question is, can I process an RMA with defective sectors?Regards and thanks
