Motherboard tips

Hello. I'm building a PC with a budget of about 700 euros for gaming. I have everything decided except the motherboard.
I'm not going to overclock, nor am I going to put two graphics cards in parallel, so I suppose I don't need anything beastly, that's why I'm thinking about this:Gigabyte GA-Z68P-DS3 GA-Z68P-DS3 Motherboard
What do you think, is it lacking or will it be enough for what I want? I wouldn't mind buying a more expensive one if it were really necessary.
PD: It would be accompanied by an i5 2500 processor and HD 6870 graphics card.
