Check that you have all the power connections of the graphics card properly plugged in.

      And welcome to the forum.

… the pci bus is clean and the card is well plugged in. Of course the cable is well plugged in both in the pc and in the monitor (it may seem condescending but this must be the cause of 98% of these cases).

Check that the PCI output is enabled in the BIOS and the integrated one is disabled.
          Best regards.

how do I check that, because I checked that the cable was properly connected, in fact I put it in all the outputs, even the HDMI one.
The motherboard is new, everything is new, I checked that the graphics card's power supply was fine, in fact it has leds that indicate it, they are green and the fans are running but it shows no signal on the monitors

There is no integrated into that board. Can you try the card on another computer?

I tried another card that is the same but from a friend that we bought the components at the same time and it does the same thing.
The computer starts up, the graphics LEDs light up, everything starts up but it does not send a signal to the screen

Some monitors, which have several video inputs, need you to tell them the type of connection you use HDMI, DVI, VGA… check that it is not that.

                  Best regards

I tried it on the television and everything and nothing. The computer starts up but nothing appears on the screen

If the same thing happens with another graphic card, I can only think of doing a Clear CMOS.

Check for RAM that is not properly seated, dirty connectors, or any BIOS misconfiguration, which can also be the cause of it booting but not displaying an image.

                        Regards
