      hello everyone! ?

      • i apologize if i'm in a section that doesn't belong, but since it's an event related to the case i thought it was appropriate to place it here).
      • introduction: relatively recently i got the following hardware as a second pc (intended to be in the living room), and here's the background (i'm setting the stage for you):
        Processor: Intel Core i7 2600k
        Motherboard: Asus Maximus V Gene
        RAM: G.Skill Ares DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB 2x4GB CL9
        CPU fan: Enermax ETD-T60-TB
        Hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB SATA3
        Power supply: Enermax Modu87+ 700w
        Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon HD7850 2GB GDDR5
        DVD burner: Sony AD-5280S-0B 24x
        Case: Aerocool QS-202
      • the main issue: my fans have broken (sometimes they stop working and stuff) and i would like to replace them with these others: here's what i'd like to know, with your good clinical eye: what do you think:
      • 1 Thermalright TY-140 (front - replacement)
      • 1 Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1450rpm (rear - replacement)
      • 1 Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1150rpm (top)
i did take into account the restrictions, dBa, rpm and CFM, better distribution of these around the case... but i'm not sure if i'm right. that's the truth... i don't know much about ventilation.
i'd like there to be enough airflow if i ever think about OC although i definitely don't plan to go over 4.4GHz because of the limitations.

without further ado, i appreciate it in advance.
      have a great day!

It is very easy to spend a lot of money on fans without solving the problem of noise or temperatures, so the easiest thing is to put powerful self-regulating fans at the origins of heat (processor and graphics) and large fans with moderate speeds (~1500RPM) pulling air out of the case.

In your specific case, the small size of the case is a problem, but if you leave all the energy-saving systems activated, and follow the advice above, you will have no problem :nono:

        Salu2!
