If you have the highest VCore of the recommended value, the processor generates more heat, and you may experience temperature problems.

Raising this voltage is something common to stabilize a processor that is being forced to work at a speed higher than that defined by the manufacturer, which we commonly call Overclock.

If you do not intend to do OverClock (OC), check in the BIOS that the VCore setting is set to Auto.

The Hardware Monitor section shows temperature and voltage values, but that's not where it's configured.

Anyway, looking at the source values, it doesn't look good :nono:, because they are too low, even when at rest.

            Salu2!

If the sticker on your font matches the image, I recommend that you put a decent font :sisi:

Regarding the lag when playing videos, I can tell you that in many cases the videos are poorly edited and are like that, but in other cases, simply by defragmenting the HDD, or closing background programs, it is solved.

                    Hello

I already told you that with a power supply like that it wouldn't be good (not for long :troll:)
I recommend THIS ONE which is good for that equipment, even a simpler one would be enough, but I trust Corsair even in their lower range, they are always quality.

                    Best regards

Mmmm… the value they tell you is not in Hardware Monitor, it's in the Advanced or AI tweaker tab, the second tab and from there you can change the FSB, the multiplier, the voltage of the ram and the processor whenever possible. The best thing is that you tell us what exact model of motherboard you have.

                        Greetings!

                          Gracias ^^

But does that graphics card have more than 1 year?, I say this because if you have had this problem for so long, and subsequently put the graphics card, or you had this problem with the graphics card.
The truth is that you have several problems to solve first, as your friends rightly mention, the first thing is to put the default voltages of the processor and change to a decent power supply.

On the other hand, it would be good for you to monitor the temperatures of the CPU and the graphics card, and tell us how they are… Perhaps it is convenient that, if you have not already done so, you clean the fans (I do not know if the Nvidia you have is passive or has a mini-fan)... in any case, make sure to periodically clean the inside of the tower and that it is always well ventilated.

On the other hand, perhaps the micro cuts in the videos: try installing the latest drivers for the graphics card, and update the video playback software you have to the latest version. Even try playing the same video with several playback programs.
It is also not a bad idea to look for suspicious processes in the system: use the Malwarebytes or Superspyware, for example and run the ccleaner.
If you install these programs I tell you, remember to disable their services, so that they do not consume resources… this is what bothers me the most about them, but for the rest they can always get rid of certain crap that slows down the system.

                          Saludos!!

It should also be noted that this graphic card, the GT610, has our arch-enemy TURBOCACHE. For example, in my download PC I have the HD4350, and I had to remove HyperMemory using ATI TRAY TOOLS, because when it was on for a long time and I was doing several things, it would eat up the ram in zero point, so the performance drop also depends on your ram.

When I say TurboCache, even though they don't mention it, it might be in the graphic card. In ATI, you can check it, but in Nvidia I don't remember how it was.

                            Best regards!

The graphics card is a month or a month and a half old since I bought it, with the same intention of solving the lag that I had but nothing was the same
The thing about running Malwarebytes, cclear,… I already ran them a few times but nothing is the same and I already cleaned it, both the fans, I removed the dust that was on the boards, I changed the thermal paste but I only managed to lower its temperature the lag was still there and I don't know what else to do to make it work if you tell me that with the power supply I would have to go well I will buy it...
TURBOCACHE I don't know what you mean by that sorry ^^

Okay but I don't think the 8500 gt had that, I changed it for the gt 610 and it's still the same so I think it's not the turbo cache or the card's fault. The motherboard I forgot is m2n-mx se plus (asus).

                                        Well I don't know if I did something wrong ? ( I apologize if that ;D )
Well if you have to buy a power supply I informed myself a little and one of the most important things is the efficiency and the A it has in the 12V, 12V-1 and 12V-2
With an efficiency of 80% it would be fine but how many A (amperes) of input or output is recommended? 40A or so as a minimum?
                                        Thanks and Regards

I got the typical 500w corsair memory card, I think it cost around 50 bucks
