I would stretch with the graphics card, if the 7850 hasn't improved the performance/price that was there more than a year ago, the 7770 has gotten worse. You can always buy 2x4 and the Pro3 or the Pro4, you will add 8 or 16GB more.

Regarding graphics, I have always been pro-nVidia, but certainly ATI are very strong these days, quite economical and fresh, depending on the model. I would go for a 6870 or similar, I have the 5850 Xtreme and it is a delight.
Regarding the ASRock BIOS, there are already some captures of the UEFI BIOS out there:!

Native means that the Z77 chipset has them integrated, just like the USB 2 ports are integrated. With Sandy, you will have 2 USB 3 ports with an integrated controller on the motherboard, but as an extra addition to the chipset. With an Ivy, you would have 2 native ones from the Z77 chipset and 2 others from the NEC controller (or whichever manufacturer it is) added.

Pues que depende de lo subido que tengas el micro y de lo bien que rinda el conjunto en general, más o menos como con los micros, depende de la suerte que tengas (y también de que lo hagas lo mejor posible)
Algún compañero por aquí experimentó un descenso del rendimiento al montar un Crossfire de 5850 y 5850 Xtreme. A priori son compatibles todas las gráficas de una misma serie, por ejemplo 58xx, 66xx, 67xx… pero parece ser que la variación de modelo no ayuda a la hora de obtener buenos resultados en rendimiento final.
La teoría dice que no es necesario, pero en la práctica parece ser mas conveniente que ambas gráficas sean exactamente iguales, o al menos el mismo modelo con frecuencias y capacidades idénticas, para un rendimiento óptimo.PD: La respuesta es que un buen Cross o SLI, bien montado y bien gestionado, aumenta el rendimiento considerablemente, de eso no hay duda.

Yo tenia pensado esto para, en principio, pillar 2 graficas "antiguas" y poder tirar con eso, lo mas que suelo jugar es BT3 y no lo frecuento, yo soy mas lolero ( league of legend ) y adicto a las Dota2 , y para eso no hace falta mucha grafica… es mas dudo si con la integrada en la placa base se podria jugar Full al lol... quien sabe! XD

No . como te dice Sylver, teóricamente con que las gráficas sean de la misma serie basta , pero en la realidad algunos SLI Crossfire dan problemas (microsttutering) funcionar funcionan ,pero algunos juegos están mas optimizados que otros para sacar todo el rendimiento a un SLI Crossfire . No deja de ser un test sintético , pero si miras los resultados de Rules veras ati 5850 O.C = 17076 crossfire 5850 sin O.C 29486 crossfire 5850 con O.C 31085 = a 14009 puntos mas que una sola 5850 con OC . y para finalizar aqui mismo tienes unos cuantos SLI/crossfire y creo que ninguno se queja ;D

No en todas ni el todos los juegos, tampoco falla tanto, otra cosa es que se aproveche bien. Si no eres muy jugón de querer mover todo a FULL 1080p o funcionar con varios monitores o uno bien caro de mayor resolución, casi mejor que te olvides de multiGPU. Si tienes pela pilla una 670, si miras el rendimiento/precio a lo sumo una 7870.
