Black screen, line blinks

Hello forum members! This is driving me crazy. I don't know if it's the graphics or the monitor, and I have no way to check it. At startup, sometimes, what happens to me is what I tell you, and what I do is unplug the monitor cable and plug it in again, so the image is seen and remains without anything strange.
Does anyone recommend a cable to me?

If you unplug the monitor and it gets fixed then it's not the graphics card's fault, but I don't exactly understand what problem you're experiencing. If you could post a picture of the problem in question, it would help to fix it.
