Intel Pentium Dual Core 3.40 ghz to 4.2 GHZ Máx 51 ºC
Nvidia 9500 gt máx 55 Cº
ASUS P5QL-EPU
1X2GB 1066 HZ KINGSTON DDR2
Fuente alimentación 450W cuando enciendo pc aveces se apaga y vuelve a encender y todo normal.A ver si lo soluciono...

If the power supply is not rated for the turkey, it will not deliver power properly. Also, if the computer restarts occasionally, it is a symptom that the Overclock is not stable.
You can try to increase the voltage of the micro a little, but that micro is not a marvel, no matter how much you squeeze it, you will not notice much change in the games. Almost relax the micro a little by leaving it at something less than speed and give some juice to the graphics to see how far it goes. Many boards have Vdrop which basically means that they give a little less voltage than what is indicated in Bios.
The graphics is not a marvel, but the micro is worse than paying a father. This is what there is. Look at the processors that your computer can handle: http://www.asus.es/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5QLEPU/#CPUS
You might be able to get something more potable for very little money to stretch the useful life a bit. I had an Intel E2180 that went to 2000 and easily went up to 3000, yielding similar to an Intel E8400-E8500. A micro like this from a second-hand store is around 20€ or look for a Quad Core like the Q6600 like the one I have, they go up to 3000 easily and then it's luck; and they allow with a nice graphics card to play current games.
If you generally play old games, and with your computer you do pretty well, an outlay of 20€ in a micro can be a good investment.
Sorry but the Intel D's were hot and performed very poorly.
Option two... put a fan in an artisanal way focusing on the chipset of the board ;D to lower temperatures. If it's a 12 cm fan with good air flow, better.

I agree with amd125, the best thing is to look for a second-hand CPU like E2xxx or E4xxx or E6xxx or some Q6xxx or Q9xxx and go for it because you have a motherboard :).

Yes, I know this pc is old, maybe from 2007 and the processor is still running games like world of tanks jaja, one day a lightning bolt hit it and the insurance gave me this motherboard that before had a worse one and well I put 2 g. of ram in it which is more than enough for what I do and well now I lowered the overclock to 4.05 GHZ and in bios I put 100 Mv in vcore offset which I don't know very well what it is for but after 100 reboots I realized that without it it was not stable jaja.
The chipset issue now that I lowered the cpu voltage does not go over 52 with the OCCT but the idea of putting a 120 fan on the face is not bad, if you told me where that chipset is? jaja.

the issue of buying a cpu could be considered but now they don't even sell in stores like pc components, app informática or even in pc box so I don't see it clear. The issue with the graphics card, I have it at 713 1650 543 completely stable, it has been like this for 2 years and it doesn't go higher and it doesn't exceed 54 ºC, which is amazing and in contrast, the fucking chipset at 54 sometimes haha. I tried to change the bios of the graphics card to increase the voltage, I did it, I restarted, I went to the kombustor and it marked 1.3 of voltage but the graphics card in temperatures and everything remains the same and unstable when increasing the clocks. Anyway, you can't change the voltage in any way.

If you're not on forums like hard2mano, check out Ebay. You won't get ripped off in a store, but I can tell you that a basic Dual Core like the E2180 goes for about 20-30€ and you can find a Quad Core starting at 60€.
-
can you send me an invitation? for that forum
-
Hard2mano is a forum with very limited invitations, to this day only admission is allowed if a "sponsor" asks for an invitation to the forum. Thanks to this, the sponsor "takes responsibility" for the new forum member, and thanks to this, except for a few occasions, it is a forum in which trust is above all. I have been in the forum for about 7-8 years and thanks to being a forum with exclusive entry, by direct invitation, it works well.
In other words, don't expect that being a new forum member in hardlimit someone is going to invite you.
Anyway, as I tell you, on Ebay I have seen nice Dual Core micros for about 30€ and Quad Cores from 60€. Consider what budget you have and from there, if you are not in a hurry, wait for a good offer on Ebay that also doesn't work badly if you buy from users with good reputation and some seniority.

I followed your advice, I looked on ebay and I stayed with this now NEW Intel
Core
2 Quad-Core Processor Q6700 (easy overclocking to 3.2+Ghz) current bid 27 € what do you say? I don't know if this one is better than the other. -
edito mira http://www.segundamano.es/barcelona/intel-core-2-quad-240ghz/a39020774/?ca=36_s&st=s&c=54
40 € thrown out of price is this one better than the previous Q6700?
-
I have a Q6600 overclocked at 3400 Mhz with a Noctua NH-U9B SE2 cooler and the CPU doesn't even notice it.
Right after booting up it's 19-20º and when it's been running for a while, idle is 30º and full load doesn't reach 55º.I don't know how much a second-hand Q6600 will go for but it's a good option and if you decide on it, get the Go revision as it can handle higher temperatures and is more overclockable.
Regards.
