Well how are the Christmas dates going, have you already thought about gifts or self-gifts, new hardware or socks galore, will the end of the world arrive and ruin it for us? :ugly: I currently already have a couple of 128 crucial on the way since my vertex has crashed, and for Christmas I'll see if I can get some speakers and finally get the home cinema, although I'm in love with a new case for the pc since I'm not going to build more RL and I prefer to look for something quieter and more sober like this. Well I have the monitor operation prepared for this Christmas, I don't know which one to choose, but I've got it in my head that it has to be 27" because the 24" ones I've seen all seem like midgets to me with the space I have and the crossfire I have :wall: And I'm looking for a decent response time and such, mixed between games and movies (but NOT shooters)
My idea is to ask for your advice, but when I have the money in my hand, because getting it now would be speculating in vain xD

The blame for all this lies with a friend of mine and my living room TV… :wall:
My friend has a 32" monitor on his computer, and when I watch movies on the living room PC with the 42" LG, I always end up browsing afterwards and tinkering a bit... so, after having played GTA 4 in FullHD on the 42"... the world comes crashing down sitting in front of this 17" square... 24" is like this monitor getting a "growth spurt", and 27" is optimal for my workspace, especially here in Málaga where I have a bed headboard as a desk :ugly:

Well, I recently bought myself a Nexus 7. I was planning to buy a good monitor for this holiday season, but I think I'll save the money for a motorcycle later on.

Well today I was a bit annoyed with pcc so I picked up the SSDs there plus some memory for my colleague as he has other identical GSkill ones and there were only those and at 21€ well it turns out they are 4 days late with the bloody SSDs XD and even though I picked them up on Monday to have them for the weekend they were in 24/48h, until supposedly some day next week I won't have them argg to make matters worse I spoke to them yesterday to change them for some Samsung ones in stock and after paying and telling me they are sending them they have run out and that's 3 days XD, so back to waiting for the crucial ones I initially ordered.
