He has an i3 540 at 3.06 mhz, a gigabyte GA-H55M-D2H motherboard, 4gb of ram, and he wants to add a graphics card because he's currently playing with integrated graphics... he wants to spend between 60-80 euros. He's going to buy it at Soporte T©cnico Web pcbox. He told me he can't spend more than that. Can you do me a favor and look at that website and tell me the best one within that budget? I would almost say that you should stick with the integrated one until you can spend an additional 40 euros.
