      Hello
I need some new headphones and now that I've been saving for a while, I'm going to treat myself. My budget is 300 euros

I have some Sennheiser Wifi in the dining room TV and apart from the fact that after 2 years they broke and can no longer pick up the signal, while they were working they had worse quality than my grandfather's radio... and that cost me 80 euros. So if it hasn't improved much at all, I prefer cable for now

These are the candidates after spending all afternoon reading:

      • Astro A40 2013: http://www.astrogami…m-astro-edition (I don't know if the 2013 version will be better than the previous A40)
      • Logitech G930; http://www.squidoo.c…gaming-headsets
      • Corsair Vengeance 1500: http://www.tomshardw…rk,3125-12.html (there is a 2000 version but I don't know if it will be better)
      • Creative RedCoon 3d: http://www.eurogamer…reless-articulo

      Discarded
Because I've already read in several places that they cause interference...

      • Turtle Beach XP500: http://www.cnet.com….5808.htm#image3

It's important to say that I'm a hardcore gamer (especially shooters) and the most important thing for me is that I can hear footsteps, gunshots, etc. from several angles and with the best sound definition possible. The design, brand, price (within my budget), color, comfort, weight, etc... I don't care

What would you recommend? Other suggestions are accepted but please... nothing stereo only... with surround sound
      Thanks!

              Hello.

I own the Logitech G 930 and for me the surround sound that the 7.1 gives you is clear and perfect.

Then its custom keys for listening to music, videos and even if you are a fan of DJing they are perfect for all that functionality.

Then the range it has via wifi, I walk all around the house for about 15 meters with walls and even one day I went down to the neighbor's house to check the coverage lol and it worked perfectly....

The only drawback I found is that when the battery is almost dead and in my case I play a lot of fps games, when they make a very fine noise: example: they throw a blinding grenade at you at that moment the sound is lost for a second. It's as if that frequency could not transfer it given that the battery does not have its charge.

I have heard this in many other wireless headphones. In my opinion if you can get a high-end one via USB I would advise it to avoid these types of problems.

              Regards.
