Hardware experts… Is this real? Where's the catch? 32GB for $28??!???!??
-
Well... I've seen this http://www.qtmemory.com/az/32gb-ddr3-pc3-8500-1066mhz-dimm.html... it's 32 gb for only 28 dollars, it doesn't have a heatsink for the memory... but even so it's excessively cheap... I'm not a computer expert so I guess I'm missing something... but the discount!!! from 2400 dollars to 28!??
Let's see if you get what this is about xDDD

The saying goes "if something is too good to be true, it probably is not true".
Dimms PC3-8500 of 32 Gb? I think they don't exist. Anyway, they have the setup pretty well put together. I've gotten to the point of entering the Paypal password (without doing it) and it looks legitimate (there's no strange address in the address bar). And I don't think Paypal would let anyone use their services without a minimum of control. Now that's true: the shipping costs double the final price.
It's at least curious.

It is rare, but I wonder, is there any motherboard at the 'domestic' level that supports that capacity per module? -
32GB unregistered seems unbelievable to me and even more so at that price. Registered exists but you can see the price…
And registering just to give a link to a store is not something I like :troll: -
Given that they don't provide any guarantee on the products, I think it's a very expensive price, because no one says they can't send you a piece of cardboard.
Best regards!

'coincidentally' all the links for the "Crucial Equivalent Part Numbers" are broken and searching for those part numbers only gives me links to the store itself…
looking at the domain data, it has been created since 2007, but they made some changes in October 2012…
regarding whether paypal allows or not to be used as a payment gateway, I think they don't make a distinction unless they have complaints and have to pay the money to the buyer.
the truth is that it seems a bit strange... Anyone with time to complain if they don't send it :troll:
