Hello friends, I hope you can help me. I need to print my university notes to study and this is not working...
Since I set up the new computer half a month ago or so, the printer has not been working properly. I should mention that the drivers are the ones that wind installs as soon as I connect it, or I have also tried some downloaded from the hp website since I can't find the cd anywhere.
I just tried plugging it into the laptop and the problem is the same.
When you click to print, it always prints the first page and then prints that and a blank one, and for the rest of the pages, it just stops printing and gives the following error:
41.3 unexpected size in tray 2
load tray 2 plain letter.I should add that at first, the printer's error messages were in Spanish and told you how to fix them, but now it's in fucking English.
Can anyone help me? I've already asked the neighbor to print the first topic for me to start studying something, but I'll finish it soon and I don't want to ask for more favors, as that house is not the place to be.

according to that, you should have a 'letter' type as the main paper size instead of the standard 'A4', try changing the paper size to print. It is very typical in drivers that take the Anglo-Saxon sizes as standard

Hello, thank you for responding, I have been looking at this this morning, apparently from win in the control panel and printers I have it set to A4, do I need to check it somewhere else?

Access the printer properties from the document you want to print and check if it respects what you have specified in the control panel. You can also change it from the printer's (physical) panel for the specified tray, if it has an ethernet interface you may be able to do it from the browser.

I have checked it and when printing it was still in A4... and it is still the same, print a sheet and it takes a few seconds to clean and then the error pops up

It seems that I have managed to print, first I managed to put it in Spanish and then from the mnu when it fails it gives you the error in Spanish and it is easier to find a solution, it seems that it was not well configured from the printer's own panel.
