The extreme 3 also supports SLi and crossfire and the capacitors are 100% capacitors manufactured in Japan with conductive polymer capacitors. The same as the extreme 4.

The only difference I see is that the extreme 4 has more USB 3.0 and a clear Cmos on the rear ports.
