What an original, another zombie game :D, but don't worry this is at least the officially licensed version of the comic of the same name, and it's supposed to have some quality in its storyline. This game has the particularity of having been introduced by chapters, which could be acquired from April 2012, but they have not reached their fifth and final chapter until the end of the year, so we can say that it is "recent".
The game mechanics remind us of a Graphic Adventure, to which they have added action elements, having to choose dialogues or perform concrete actions, quickly and decisively, lest we get eaten by zombies.
The way it mixes both genres seems oriented to the use of a pad, because as soon as we'll be in the middle of a thoughtful conversation, we'll have a "walker" trying to bite us, which requires better reflexes for those like me who resist that evil plague called pad.
Regarding the plot, beyond the theme of zombies and survival, just to say that we embody a guy called Lee Everett, who finds the "Apocalypse" while being transported to prison, and that after some initial moments of assimilation of the new circumstances, we'll meet another character, and our relationship will be the basis of the whole game.
It's a difficult game to recommend, because it has some flaws, it's only in English, and it's not too cheap, although it's a different experience.
The best: our decisions change the development of the story
The worst: some mandatory options poorly justified, to be able to advance
Would you recommend it to other forum members: when it's around ~5€ or less, and has Spanish subtitles
Salu2!
