[Problems] Corsair Gaming Audio Series™ SP2500

hello yesterday I bought some corsair sp2500 speakers and I have a serious problem… the sound and quality are fine but it comes with a remote control with a screen to adjust the sound that when I turn it on it emits a rather annoying beep, I have tried it in several sockets and even just with the remote control without plugging in the speakers it sounds... this remote control is connected directly to the subwoofer..

I need help......to know if I change them or not but I bought them on amazon and if I have to send them back and everything....

Well I have no idea if that is normal, you should write to Amazon and ask them if you have to worry or not, in case it is a defect, they would change it for you in that case, in that sense they behave quite well.
Another alternative is that you search the internet for someone who has them in a forum or similar, and ask.
