Good afternoon,
I have a 2.5 hard drive (WD Elements 1 Tb) and I see that my PC is lacking, is it possible to use a 2.5 in a tower as a primary device (or to be able to install programs and games on it) in a desktop tower? Is there any risk involved?
Thank you and goodbye -
No problem. If you are going to leave the tower stationary you can support the disk inside any shape (being careful not to short anything).
If you are going to be moving the tower you will have to anchor it in some way.

Then I will have to take the disk out of its original box.
I would need this if I haven't misunderstood it: CORSAIR. SSD BRACKET ADAPTER 2.5 TO 3.5 :: APPInformatica.com :: right? And as for making it primary, I suppose I should do it from the bios and then reinstall everything.
