Hello good morning!
I have just bought a PC by components, since the one I had before "died" and I still had useful elements that I could use (the tower, the HDD, etc.)
Among the new components, I have bought an MSI B75A-G43 MB and a Teac FD-CR8-000 multiformat card R/W drive. I have installed Win7 Ultimate on this computer.
Well, I have connected the card drive (internal USB) to the MB, but when I access the OS it is not recognized as such, in fact it does not appear among the units of the computer. The unit is recognized in the BIOS, and the only thing I have modified is the boot order so that it does not take into account DVD, floppy disks, USBs, or the network, only the HDD.
I have also searched for the drivers, both using Windows' own manager and by going around the Internet a thousand times. Nothing, the Device Manager still marks the unit as "Unknown device".
Thank you very much for the help.

Although it's a silly thing, but have you tried it on another board?
