Connect 2 premises with an antenna?

Hi, I have a client who has 2 premises 100m apart, I've tried with a wifisky antenna and I get 4/5 bars coverage on Windows, the client doesn't want to pay for another adsl line so he asks me if we can put some kind of repeater? It would be a repeater with some kind of "big" antenna, right?
What's this device called or what should I look for in stores?
Do I need a router with big antennas???

You can put two access points in Ad-Hoc mode to extend the network.

But first change your signature :osvaisacagar:

So the "hard" that I need is an AP? a router? to go to the store and buy it , I don't deal with the hard I'm on the soft side and I control little of all this.
