Well, in the end I decided to buy the 128 Gb Sandisk Ultra Plus SSD. My question is that I have always used this maintenance program, which I have a lot of faith in because it is great: Advanced System Care6. This software, apart from defragmenting the disk when necessary, eliminates cookies, malware, registry cleaning, etc. In short, it keeps the operating system much more operational.
I know that I would have to disable the defragmentation with the SSD, but does the execution of the other tasks that I have mentioned above harm the life of the disk or is there no problem?
