hello everyone, I've been thinking about making a mod or upgrading my tower (an NZXT Alpha) this
I'm looking at various sites and have found the following:
Corsair Obsidian 650D (100 euros G.I)
cooler master 932 Advance (75 euros)
both are used for a couple of days
components:
AMD 965 cooler triton 88
gigabyte 660 OC
tacens valeo II 700 w
RAID 0 of three 7200 HDDs
I want it to be spacious and quiet, which one do you think is the better choice

The obsidian is a great box and the haf also has its fan club, but I would definitely go for the obsidian.

many thanks for the answer Bm4n. Is it for a particular reason or just because you like it better?
I really went through the era of boxes with lights and all that many years ago:troll: for me, the more sober the better, but... which box do you think is quieter, more spacious, and so on? as I'm old school, I want it to last me many years (at least 6 to 10 like my Alpha)

Techno has a corsair that can tell you better, I like it more and I think it's a better case in every way but to each their own… What matters is that you like it.

The HAF is not bad at all, although I think the Obsidian is more sober and elegant. I would say that I think the HAF is somewhat better cooled, but nothing out of this world.
By the way, I like the NZXT Alpha, when you buy the new one see if you can donate it to the guys:ugly:

well it seems that for the moment neither one nor the other :wall: I discarded the advance 932 because it doesn't have the packaging and sending it from Madrid to BCN …. I don't trust it ( and even less after saying that it had very little use, I'm the kind of person who keeps the packaging for at least a few months ;D ) besides, since it's without G.I for a little more I'll get a new one from Trinca.
and the chosen one, the obsidian 650D :mad: it turns out that the person selling it isn't showing any signs of life (and I've sent him several messages) so :facepalm:
I'll have to do another mod (more fun) or save more <:(
