It's not a dangerous temperature at all, it's just summer and the dust too. Obviously, if it were at that temperature all the time (in all seasons and climates) then it wouldn't be suitable for its lifespan, but in practice, the cold will come and with it the temperatures of that CPU will drop a little. Unable to open it, you'll have to do without cleaning the dust inside, but at those temperatures it's not something too worrying.

You can rest easy, if it were too hot it would warn you or shut down, and that's not the case.

Edit: In the case of the hard drive it can be dangerous, I myself found my internal one at 64º a couple of days ago, it was marking the temperature in red on the Crystal Disk... and my reaction was to turn it off instantly, open the tower, add more front fans and plug in a fan for people on the side, to bring in fresh air :ugly:

If the hard drive is what worries me, but the Mac is not mine haha, I have already told the owner that it is very hot but since he doesn't know much about computers, I said, app well you could fry fried eggs, right?

Que va hombre, si yo me divierto leyendo, pero es que el humor absurdo me acaba cansando. Por si acaso no era de broma y te interesa saber, deberías poner si estás hablando de un Mac Book/Pro/Air, iMac, Mac Pro y de que tamaño y generación. I opt for one thing, try to open it by agreeing with the owner, and look to change the thermal paste on the processor, I currently have the E6600 which is similar to that, and it's at 55º in a bad case with the Intel stock, with barely any ventilation, and a GTS250 1GB..

It's an iMac with a C2D, they are that hot by nature and it's their normal temperature, how are you going to open it!? if you need special screwdrivers, disassemble it almost completely, it's not even yours and until 5 minutes ago you didn't even know it was a 2009 iMac… And all that to change the paste which won't lower the temperature under load by even 5º because the heatsink can't handle it, they already take into account that being aluminum the chassis will dissipate the residual heat, so when you touch it it's going to be hot anyway.

But the problem is already solved, I have simply increased the minimum RPMs a little, just enough so that it doesn't make noise and these days when it's a bit cool the temp has dropped to 39 degrees
