Intel Skylake to Bring AVX 3.2, DDR4, PCI Express 4.0, Other Innovations - Slide - X-bit labs
Sounds good, right? Or have they just added one to what's there: USB4, SATA4, WiFi Z, Bluetooth 5, CoD 20, GreenRay, Brasil 3, Spain 0... Everything more and better today!!! We'll wait impatiently to see if it's true.

A man with time will achieve all that and more, but at what cost and when?
Best regards

Don't worry that Intel will continue with USB 3.0 beyond what is reasonable, in its line of sabotaging the supremacy of this standard against its "brand new" Thunderbolt.
ASMedia already has USB 3.5 controllers ready

Salu2!

Very nice everything, but except for the sweepstakes, I: Sandy + DDR3 + SATA3 + USB3.0 until the day of judgment today :ugly:

My goodness, light years away from my Lynnfield.
Best regards

Broadwell will be the 14nm update to Haswell and Skylake will be the next architecture so it's not that long to wait, 2 years at most. That roadmap is for the Xeons that always come out later than the desktops, so maybe 2015, of all it is very speculative because the most likely is that they are working right now on that future architecture and we will see what comes out of there; perhaps the least relevant are the "accessories". Does anyone know if the Xeon Phi are already used for something useful? it is supposed to be for sale
