Power supply selection

Hello.
I wanted a new power supply for my computer, I was currently using an Antec hcg that I will put in another computer.

With a maximum budget of around 80-90 euros I want a power supply of the highest quality possible, I prefer quality over power.

It will be used for an fx 8320 with overclock and an r9 280x. I had thought about these:

Seasonic S12II 620W

Any special recommendations? The one that convinces me the most is the xfx which seems to be manufactured by Seasonic. I was also interested in the M12II 750 W from Seasonic because it was at 100 euros but they have already raised it. This one was semi-modular and the xfx was not.

The s12II 620 costs me 72 euros and the M12II and the xfx about 86.
