It seems that finally at NVIDIA they realize the huge performance gap between a GTX650 and 660, so they release a new mid-range card closer to the well-known GTX660, under the name of GTX750 and GTX750 Ti.

      Differences between a GTX650 (GK107) and a GTX750Ti (GM107).

The truth is that it has good performance with very low consumption.

Let's see what price they come out at and if the other cards will go down in price.

I have always liked low-power and "high-performance" graphics cards for users who are not very demanding, and I usually look for the maximum within not needing additional power supply (the size of my cases dictated, although not so much anymore).

Now let's see what prices they put and if I have time to play some day :wall:

The bad thing is that Nvidia has already downgraded them, which shows that they plan to do the same with the upcoming Maxwell.
The GM 107 was supposed to be the replacement for the GK107, but the 750Ti is getting into the price range of the 660 and the latter is better.

That 750Ti would be a very good option if they kept it in the price range of the 650, although it is true that it would cannibalize the 650Ti and 650Ti boost.

although they are not going to sell many 650Tis anyway.

            regards

Nvidia PCI Express Graphics Cards sale Online Store

Starting at 109€ the 750…the 750Ti from 135€....they are not bad prices at all. For users who are not very demanding or resolutions lower than 1080p they can be quite interesting....in terms of consumption / temperature / noise they are very good.
