Pc 500!

A while ago I bought my first PC thanks to the help you provided here, and now I have a friend who has asked for help and I am turning to you again.He wants to build a PC for 500 euros without including the tower with the best graphics possible within that price. I roughly have this config and I would like you to critique it and advise me on the motherboard as I have no idea about it, cooling and power supply
Custom budget. PcComponentes.comThis is roughly what I came up with, missing power supply, some extra cooling and the motherboard (the one that came out by itself and I can't remove it xD)

By the way it's for the Canary Islands, so you can go a bit over the price as they will deduct the IGIC tax later, thanks again!
