With holding down the F8 key after the POST is sufficient.

Hello Whoololon. Thanks for replying but I have already tried that and it does not go into safe mode, if I press F8 the PC starts beeping continuously. I have entered the bios with supr. and given the start logo more time, a series of functions appear such as F12 select start mode, or Q for quick flash, but nothing appears about the F8 key. Is there another way? Thank you.

And by the way, when I press the F8 key for startup mode, it gives me the option to start from hard drive, CD Ron, or USB drive, nothing else.

That's because you're getting ahead of yourself ;D
You have to wait for Windows to start loading, and press at that moment, when the logo has just appeared or slightly before.
Salu2!

Thanks Fassou, but I've tried it again and again, even with a stopwatch to hit the exact moment, but there's no way to start in safe mode. I need to get in like this to uninstall a program, but I can't. There's no other way or what do I need to do to get into safe mode. Thanks.

By the way, I pressed the F8 key for the startup mode and it gives me the option to start from hard drive, CD Ron, or USB drive, nothing else.
Keep pressing F8 right after selecting "hard drive". And if not, restart the computer roughly while it's loading the Windows screen, so when you restart it will automatically show the recovery mode screen without needing to press F8. Once it comes out, you will only see 2 options, but if you press F8, you will see the rest of the options.

Cinusara, I suppose you have already looked at it but, does it work or does the keyboard work at startup? Either because it is USB, or that the F keys have some button for some assignment and are not in that mode.
Check or try to enter the BIOS if you have not already done so.
As I say it is a comment.

Well, after trying and looking in the bios I gave up and did what Krampak says, that is, the brute force method, and that's how I got the safe mode option and was able to solve the problem. Thanks, gentlemen, for your advice.
