.eu domain on no-ip

A while ago you gave us the lowdown on the subject of domains and to this day I still have doubts.

I want a.eu domain using the dynamic ip service from no-ip, but this company does not offer.eu domains. The only option I can think of is to contract it with another manager and redirect to a no-ip domain, but I don't like the idea because I want that domain to point to the ip of my server directly so that I can manage all the services running on the server from it.

I have been looking into the subject of DNS. Some say that putting the noip DNS in the domain contracted with another company will work, but I don't believe it.

Is there any way to do this?
