Windows Server 2008 shuts down after 45min
-
Hello, I have a mid-range i3 (tower for 400€) that we have set up with Windows Server 2008 R2 with all its patches and with a "legal" license, it's for work to create a testing environment, the PC is only 2 weeks old.
It only has Windows Server 2008 and we installed a software called DBXtra, and it turns out that after 45 minutes of the PC being on, it turns off by itself.
We have checked the hardware level, the temperature of the micro (34 to 36º), the timings of the ram and everything is OK.
Then we looked at the Windows viewer and we did not find any errors..I don't know what else you can think to check?I only think of plugging in another disk with a Windows7 for example... and if I see that it holds up, it's that the motherboard/micro/ram with win server 2008 gives some kind of incompatibility...
Thanks.
